We help organizations identify and understand their data use, community partnerships, and reconciliation efforts. 

Includes services such as:

Change begins with people. We design meaningful learning experiences and leadership coaching to build internal capacity and foster relational integrity. Our sessions are not about comfort - they're about courage. You'll be invited to sit with discomfort, reflect deeply, and grow in accountability. Includes services such as:

  • Custom staff learning sessions (1-3 hours)
  • Leadership/Board coaching (1:1 or group)
  • Full day/ 2x half day workshops

We help  you express your commitments clearly, ethically, and in alignment with where you truly are. Public accountability builds trust - but only when its authentic and backed with meaningful action. Includes services such as:

  • Reconciliation public statement
  • Review of website, social media, or annual report language and imagery
  • Media messaging and press release drafting
  • Guidance on reporting progress to stakeholders

We guide organizations in building respectful, long-term relationships with Indigenous Peoples - centered on shared purpose, transparency, and readiness. Includes services such as:

  • Indigenous engagement protocol development 
  • mapping of potential partnerships aligned with values
  • Preparation for engagement processes
  • Relational strategy development
  • Debrief and support after key engagements

  • 2 hours of implementation coaching

  • 1 offering of a learning development course
  • Support identifying Indigenous partners to connect with in a meaningful way.

Internal Systems Change

Dig deeper into systems, policies, and roles that support sustained change. This builds from Tier 1.

Price: Starts at $15,000

Timeframe: 12-16 weeks

Ideal for:

  • Organization with internal alignment on the importance of reconciliACTION
  • Mid-to large-sized organizations with multiple teams or departments
  • Groups seeking to revise policies and align internal culture with values of equity and reconciliation

Includes:

  • Up to 3 facilitated planning or engagement sessions
  • Review and revision of up to 3 internal policies
  • Draft of internal-facing reconciliation implementation roadmap
  • Custom staff workshop (2 hours)
  • Up to 4 hours of implementation coaching

Accountability & Partnership

Move from internal systems change to public commitments and long-term relationship-building. This builds from Tier 1&2.

Price: Starts at $25,000

Timeframe: 16-24 weeks

Ideal for:

  • Organizations with a strong internal foundation ready to be publicly accountable 
  • Groups with existing or planned partnerships with Indigenous Peoples
  • Institutions ready to align their external narrative with internal practice

Includes:

  • Co-development of a public Reconciliation Statement
  • Creation of an Indigenous data governance framework/policy
  • Up to 6 hours of leadership coaching
  • Public engagement support
  • Community engagement planning and support
  • Custom learning session (full day)
  • 8 hours of implementation support/advisory

Ongoing Retainer

Optional add-on to any tier after project wraps-up

Price:

  • $2,000/month (for a minimum of 3 months) - includes:
      • Monthly advisory check-ins (up to 1 hour/month)
      • Support responding to new Indigenous partnerships (up to 2 hours/month)
      • Policy or communications review (up to 3 hours/month)
  • Custom based on needs
